If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Shoes must not show signs of wear or damage
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Dress Sandals that have had the footbed protection removed or show any signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “BOGO Free” promotions
- Dress Sandals with removed footbed protection
- Any footwear showing signs of wear or damage
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
